Returns / Refunds / Cancellations
To return an item, or make a claim that the item was damaged, We must receive a request to return ( Emailed to us ) no later than 7 days from the time USPS tracking confirms the item delivered to you.
IMPORTANT! Please return an item with a tracking number so in the event that we do not receive the item back ( lost in mail?? ) you can be credited back your purchase amount. If you wish to return an item, or make a claim that the item was damaged, We must receive a request to return ( Emailed to us ) no later than 7 days from the time USPS tracking confirms the item delivered to you. PLEASE include the order number OR the name the order was placed under! If you place an order and wish to cancel. BE ADVISED we check our Emails only at certain times and it is possible your order will ship BEFORE we receive or read the cancellation request Email. The customer is responsible to return the item and for shipping regardless before a refund will be issued ( Refunds are processed with 1 to 10 days of the day when the tracking number confirms that we received the item back or the day we confirm receipt of item if no tracking number can be provided. Express shipping cost if payed by the customer is not refunded unless the order has not shipped. The customer is responsible for return postage cost + packaging. Please ask any and all questions that are of concern BEFORE placing an order. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ISSUE A REFUND UNTIL THE ITEM/S ARE RETURNED AND IN SAME CONDITION ( including the certificate COA ) We must have the item back before a refund is issued, If a customer requests an order be canceled, if the item has shipped and is in transit, the order must be received and returned before a refund will be issued. No refunds or replacements will be issued on orders that are still in transit past the expected tracking delivery date unless 20 days have passed since the order was shipped with no tracking update or without receiving of order! If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered to the shipping address that customer provided us, however the item is not received, then the customer will need to contact their local area post office for assistance. While we at Hollywood Memorabilia consider our autographs authentic, we do not guarantee the opinions of other parties concerning authenticity and will not issue a refund on the opinion of other third parties concerning our items. In addition, our invoice system will not let us issue refunds on purchases made more than 6 months ( 180 days ) past the date of purchase.
